Although there are times I actually create a design or type some html code myself more often than not I will choose to manage that effort through someone with the highest level of expertise needed to create the best possible product or solution.
Over the years I have worked with hundreds of suppliers in every area of marketing & communications. From those experiences have risen some clear winners in the specific areas that I choose to work in. I have created broker agreements & reseller contracts with a select group of these companies and by doing so can offer a highly creative and talented work effort across several diverse disciplines.
I fully recognize that no one can do it all themselves and having a bank of experts on my team is a great asset. With the broker and reseller set-up the client gets the same price & quality as if they were dealing directly with my suppliers but with the added bonus of having me on your team providing experience, creativity, and project management.
Since Pie Communications is concerned with the complete picture of your needs often it takes more than one individual or team to create the most effective solution. In those cases I work as a project manager utilizing as much talent as required. Usually I deal directly with the client and my suppliers work with me, but all my supplier relationships are fully transparent and as required I will involve a supplier directly with the client or vice versa.
