What is SPURR
The Stony Plain (road and area) Urban Revitalization Report is a community based newspaper whose mission it is to serve the west-end communities of Britannia-Youngstown, Canora, Glenwood, High Park, Mayfield, & West Jasper / Sherwood along with the Members of the Stony Plain Road and Area Business Association.

SPURR is a joint initiative for Community & Business Interests of Edmonton’s westend lead by: City of Edmonton Community Services, Neighbourhood Revitalization Project and the Stony Plain Road and Area Business Revitalization Zone.

SPURR Layout and Ad Sizes
The layout for the SPURR is based on a Tabliod Page size of 11" x 17" Individual Ad sizes are as follows:
New Business Card Size - 3.5" x 2"
Full page ad - 9.75” x 15.325”
1/2 page ad - 9.75” x 7.5”
1/2 page ad vertical - 4.75" x 15.325
1/4 page ad - 4.75” x 7.5”
1/4 page ad horizontal - 9.75” x 3.75”
1/8 page ad - 4.75” x 3.75”
1/16 page ad - 2.25” x 3.5”

For your classified Ads, please submit in simple text (word.doc or similar) via email to ads@thespurr.ca
For your Display Ad we prefer a final Press Ready High Rez full colour PDF, or if sending a flat image (tif or jpeg) please do so in CMYK and at 300 dpi or greater.
If the above is not readily available for your submission please email us what you have and we will contact you with our acceptance, recommendations or a price to convert to appropriate files. Thank you.
